How long does the process for signing up take?
To initiate the process we only need you to request access to the system. Within 3 to 5 business days you will receive a welcome package containing your user id as well as some useful information about accessing your accounts online.

What should I do if I forget my NetBank PIN number?
For security reasons there is no way to retrieve your current NetBank PIN should you forget it or get locked out due to too many invalid attempts. If you forget your PIN or your account is frozen you simply need to call the Customer Service Department at 606-546-5143 to have it reset.

What should I do if I forget one of my answers to my NetBank questions for login?
For security reasons there is no way to retrieve your answers for the NetBank login should you forget it or get locked out due to too many invalid attempts. If you forget your answers or your account is frozen you will have to go through the registration process online for the NetBank. However, to initiate the process you need to call the Customer Service Department at 606-546-5143 to have it your online account reset before going through the registration process again.

What if I have a lost or stolen ATM or Check card?
If your card is lost or stolen notify us immediately during banking hours. After hours, call 800-523-4175 to report lost or stolen cards.

Available account balances are displayed in real-time and include any items that have memo posted due to ACH, Clearing Checks, Transfers, and Overdraft Protection.
