Internet Banking/Bill Pay Changes
Friday September 5th, you will experience a disruption in your current Internet Banking and Bill Pay due to system conversion. We apologize for this inconvenience but this is an unavoidable consequence of system conversion.
Internet Banking and Bill Payment service will resume Monday September 8th. A link on the main site will forward you to the new Internet Banking system you will be accessing.
There are significant enhancements especially for business customers that you will enjoy including Cash Management and ACH origination that are not available on our current Internet Banking system.
Bill Pay customers, a conversion will occur of your Internet banking data but this will not convert any current bill pay accounts or bill payments you have setup.
Any payments you have setup that are recurring or pending as of September 5th will be terminated and will not pay. Payments that must be paid during this time must be paid manually by written check or other means during this period.
While we regret this disruption will occur, we are committed to make this process as simple as possible for you. You may see a demonstration of the bill pay system we are converting to by clicking on the following link and choosing 'Demo' at the bottom left of the screen: http://www.cbtn.com
Additionally, customer service representatives will be standing by to help you with the sign up process and any questions you have setting up your accounts in the new bill pay system.
